GoodLift support
Practical help for getting set up, planning and logging training, managing your membership and reaching us directly.
Getting started
Download GoodLift from the App Store or Google Play, open the app and follow the sign-up prompts to create your account with your email address and a password. Your account is associated with one GoodLift profile that holds your plans, logged training and membership status.
On iOS, sign in with your email and password. On Android, you can sign in with email and password or with Google Sign-In. To keep one consistent account across devices, use the same email-based GoodLift credentials wherever you sign in.
On the sign-in screen, choose the password-reset option and enter the email address linked to your account. You'll receive an email with steps to set a new password. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, or email support for help.
Planning and logging
Open the workout planner, add a new workout and build your training days by adding exercises into circuits. You can organise days into a training block so your weekly programming stays structured and repeatable.
Save a workout you want to reuse as a template, then load it again from the workout-entry screen with the "Load Template" option. Templates keep repeatable programming fast to set up and consistent week to week.
On the workout-entry screen, add your exercises and enter each set's weight, repetitions and RIR (reps in reserve). Mark sets and exercises as done as you complete them. GoodLift records what you actually completed and can show an estimated one-rep max for each set.
Open an exercise's analytics to see estimated one-rep-max trends and recent performance over time. Your completed workouts build a training history that informs progression recommendations.
Membership, devices and purchases
If you subscribed through Apple, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then use the restore option in the app. Store purchase restoration is subject to the platform and account used to subscribe.
Your GoodLift membership is linked to your GoodLift account. Sign in with the same email-based GoodLift account on another device to access the account and its active membership. Store purchase restoration remains subject to the platform and account used to subscribe.
Manage or cancel through the provider you used to subscribe:
- Apple subscriptions: manage through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Website or Stripe subscriptions: use the subscription-management link supplied through your billing flow, or contact support.
- Google Play subscriptions: when applicable, manage through Google Play subscriptions.
Your membership renews automatically until cancelled. Deleting your GoodLift account does not cancel an active subscription.
You can start account deletion inside the app through Settings. See the delete-account page for full steps, what to expect, and an important note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
Report a problem
If something isn't working, email us with your device type (iOS or Android), the app version if you know it, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help us resolve issues faster. Please avoid sharing passwords.
